Our stay was great! The rooms were comfortable and clean - we especially liked the cozy blankets and pillows. The location was also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. We really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide range of options.
The check-in process could have been smoother. There was confusion about the room rate and we had to clarify our booking. It was frustrating to have to pay extra fees that were not mentioned prior to our arrival. Additionally, the staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating.
